Charles is a licensed real estate agent and auctioneer with over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial property markets.

Unlike auctioneers who just turn up on the day, Charles is involved from the start. He brings the same focus and energy to every auction, whether a small studio apartment or a sprawling waterfront mansion. Charles understands the auction process and how it’s best delivered in each situation, to drive better outcomes. He takes the time to get to know clients and their expectations; he studies the campaign’s marketing performance and engages with buyers to build trust and confidence.

Good auctions look easy and great auctioneers know how to make that happen. When auction day arrives, he and the team work as one. Every buyer brings their own game plan, and an auctioneer has to conduct the proceedings so that the bidding flows and does not get bogged down. If an auction needs time to gather pace, he allows it; it’s a process, not a race. He engages people with humour and is comfortable negotiating with buyers directly if that becomes appropriate.

An auctioneer’s power to influence the sale price of a property is significant. It’s about details rather than the drama. Charles and Stephen bring their combined experience and skill to the fore each and every time.
